This custom award is made of 1/2" thick Jade Glass. Each piece is individually hand crafted, thus sizes and shapes will vary slightly. Award sizes are Small (5"x6"), Medium (7"x9") and Large (8"x12"). Oversize pieces are available by special order - call for details. Shown is an example of a popular design, other designs are available.

black and white images.

If you cannot create your
own artwork, no problem.
Our art department is fully
equipped with many
images and fonts that are
sure to meet your needs.
